Ed Kroeker, one of our Board members, was the lead for MC2 during the hearing
which took place over two separate weeks. We want to thank him for his faithful work in preparing, attending and speaking on behalf of our citizens.
Ed’s closing statement (attached) gives an excellent summary of the issues.

The Hearing was a challenging process due the complicated technical details of the case.
We feel that we are working well with the Town of Mono in these situations,
and again, very special thanks to Ed with additional thanks to Bob Mitchell and
Don MacFarlane who also spent days supporting Ed at the hearings.
Thanks also go out to the other Board members and general members
of MC2 who also attended periodically.
It may take a few months to receive a written decision from the NEC panel.
